Abigail Deirdre Gullo is originally from Hyde Park, NY but has roots in Virginia and Georgia as well. She began a career in cocktail-making in 2005 while living in Manhattan and working at a variety of restaurants and bars. At that time, she began writing a popular blog about her drinks which she still maintains today. After much recognition and winning a variety of awards in the mixology industry, Abigail joined SoBou at W New Orleans - French Quarter as the head bar chef.
