Spice up your Sunday evenings this summer with dinner at SoBou and an outdoor movie under the stars in our W French Quarter courtyard. Indulge in our special movie dinner package at SoBou for $25 that includes two courses and a special cocktail sample. You'll receive reserved seating in the courtyard for the movie and a chance to win "The Best Seat in the House," our cabana lounge bed ideally situated in front of the screen. Dinner reservations are encouraged for 6pm.
As the sun starts to set, find a seat in the courtyard under the stars and settle in as we show some new and old box office favorites. Movie-style small bites, a signature, movie-themed cocktail and beer and wine will be available in the courtyard to munch and sip on! The movie is complimentary. Seating is available on a first come, first served basis. Reserved seating is available with a dinner reservation.

#POSEWHENEVER COMPLIMENTARY YOGA CLASS AND COCKTAIL SOCIAL AT W FRENCH QUARTER

lululemon athletica yoga ambassadors, Geoffrey Roniger of Freret Street Yoga and Daphne Larkin of Sanctuary for Yoga, Body & Spirit (based in Nashville, Tenn.), are leading a complimentary joint yoga class at W French Quarter for New Orleans residents and hotel guests. W Hotels Worldwide, Roniger and Larkin are all releasing yoga practices that encourage people to exercise outside studio walls, wherever they are, whenever they want. The #PoseAnywhere session offers a sample of the types of yoga that people will experience through Roniger’s web-based and Larkin’s customizable DVD practices.
Following the class, attendees will delight in complimentary passed small bites of SoBou’s FIT Dish menu items and $5 FIT cocktails, beer and wine. Additionally, anyone who dines in SoBou that evening will receive a complimentary sampling of the FIT cocktail with any FIT Dish purchase.
This event is free and open to the public, but space is limited. Anyone interested should RSVP to email@example.com. People are encouraged to bring their own mats if possible as a limited number of mats will be available. Validated parking is available at the Shops of Canal Place through lululemon athletica. Tickets must be validated prior to 8pm. *Yoga will be moved under a covered area in the event of rain.
W Hotels Partnership with Tara Stiles
W Hotels Worldwide recently partnered with Tara Stiles, founder and owner of Strala yoga, to create and release “FIT with Tara Stiles,” an exclusive series of four in-room yoga workouts that hotel guests can do while they’re traveling.
My YogaToGo by Geoffrey Roniger
Roniger created a subscription-based website called My YogaTogo that offers a variety of online yoga videos to encourage people to practice on their own time, for any duration of time in an effort to maintain consistency with their exercise habits. The videos range in length and style with new videos added every week to keep the practices fresh. The subscription costs $16/month with no contract requirement. “Vinyasa Flow Yoga for Strength, Stability and Grace,” by Daphne Larkin
